University of Jos Convocation Ceremony

Prof. Nyong’s lecture, titled “Combating Climate Change for National Security and Development,” will delve into the connections between climate change and national security, as well as strategies for mitigating the adverse effects of climate change on development across the African continent.

Day Three – Saturday, May 13th, 2023:
The final day of the convocation ceremony will feature the conferment of master’s, Ph.D., and honorary degrees. Additionally, the distinguished Investiture of the Chancellor, His Royal Highness, Alhaji Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli, CFR, Emir of Zazzau, will take place, further elevating the significance of the event.
